Our artists are very prompt with their appointments, however if we do run behind you will be notified. Please make sure to arrive on time. If you are late 15 minutes or more we will need to reschedule or adjust the service preformed.  

Our cancellation policy requires 24 hour notice. Any appointment canceled within that window is subject to a 30% fee of the total service price. No call no show appointments will be charged a 50% non refundable fee and require deposits for any future bookings.
